Frequently Asked Questions

The BOLT Center does not charge tuition or fees to its students. However, there are costs associated with High School Equivalency Testing or Registering for CLEP Challenge Exams. The BOLT Center does not cover the costs of these tests for students and testing expenses can range in cost between $100 - $200. The BOLT Center staff assists our students in financial planning matters associated with High School Equivalency Testing.

The BOLT Center uses a combination of computer adaptive educational platforms and the Google digital ecosystem to create a dynamic, AI-infused, data-driven educational environment. Students access assignments and course materials through Google Classroom and complete assigned work independently. Academic Coaches monitor student work and evaluate progress toward academic proficiency in subject areas aligned to each student’s testing plan. Students and coaches communicate via email between required virtual meetings.

That is up to you! Students come to The BOLT Center with diverse backgrounds and experiences which is why it’s so important they are able to move at the pace that is right for them. Students are required to respond to email communication and meet minimum weekly academic requirements designed to keep them moving toward their goals in weeks, not months.
